Management and Ownership
Jason Duke, President, has been with Ciphertek Systems since its inception in 1993. Jason received his BSBA in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University in 1994 and his MBA in Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University in 1995. Jason received his American Institute of Banking General Banking Diploma in 1997 and completed the Southeastern School of Banking at Vanderbilt in 1999. Jason became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in 2000 and also achieved CompTIA A+ Certification in computer hardware and software in 2000. Jason specializes in networks and Internet connectivity across networks and wide areas.
VP - Operations, Ben has been working with Jason and Ciphertek Systems on a contract basis since 2000. He bought partnership interest in Ciphertek Systems in January, 2007. Although he continued to maintain his role as General Manager at a Nashville-based IT corporation, he continued to work on connectivity, disaster recovery, and security solutions with Ciphertek. Ben assumed the role of VP-Operations with Ciphertek Systems in January, 2008. Ben has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University. In addition, he holds Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certifications. Ben specializes in WAN/LAN network connectivity, optimization, and security.
VP - Finance, Tonia has been with Ciphertek since 1998. Tonia has a BS in Psychology and an MS in Educational Psychology and Counseling from Tennessee Technological University. Tonia handles all financial matters with the company and customer service. She is a proud mother of 3 and she and Jason married in 1994.
Sales and Technicians
Sales Manager, Anton has been experimenting with computers since age 10 which grew into a passion that led to an Associates Degree in Computer Technology from Nashville State Community College. He is currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. He is experienced in computer networking, security and computer repair.
Technician, Robbie is highly experienced in Computer Repair and Troubleshooting, Hardware and Software Installation, System Optimization, and Network Security. In 2008, Robbie graduated from Tennessee Technology Center with a Computer Information Systems Specialist Diploma. Robbie is a CompTIA A+ Certified Technician. Customer service and satisfaction are always Robbie's top priorities.

Web Design and Development
Web Developer, Andy is experienced in CSS, JavaScript, MySQL Databases and PHP. He enjoys creating custom web sites that are user friendly and can be maintained by clients. Andy received his Bachelors of Science Degree from the College of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky.
Web Designer, Kurt has been busy designing web pages for satisfied Ciphertek clients since 2001. Kurt has a BS and an MS in Geography from the University of South Florida. Kurt connects with all of his clients and is a customer favorite.
